We offer a full refund on all online purchases if they are returned in the condtion they were sold (excludes glass and fire bricks cut to size & carriage charges*). Please return in originally packaging where possible.

Your return must clearly include your name and original order reference. Once we have received your return which could take up to 3 business days, your money will be refunded to your account within 3-5 business days. (UK sales).
If you return an item without the order number clearly marked there will be a delay in processing your order and refunding your money.

The product(s) is(are) your responsibility until it(they) reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery services that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the product(s) to us is your responsibility and we recommend you obtain proof of postage.
*Carriage charges will only be refunded if there is a problem with our product, or we have supplied the product incorrectly.
